FOSTER BURT

Foster Burt is a senior at NC State University pursuing a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and a minor in economics. As a Dean’s List student, Chi Alpha Sigma member, and ACC Academic Honor Roll recipient, Foster balances academic excellence with his commitment as a member of the NC State football team.

Foster began interning for Weston Banks in January 2025 and assisted with financial planning, client service, and investment research. In May 2025, he co-founded Echelon Sports and Wealth Management, a subsidiary of Weston Banks designed specifically to help college and professional athletes build, protect, and sustain their wealth. Through Echelon, Foster helps athletes establish business entities, manage payroll, ensure NIL compliance, and coordinate with attorneys and CPAs on contracts and tax strategies.

This past summer, Foster earned his Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) license and is now pursuing additional licenses to expand his expertise. He is dedicated to building meaningful client relationships and creating lasting financial wealth. Outside of work, Foster enjoys cooking, following all Detroit sports, and spending time outdoors with his family’s animals.
