CAITLIN KELLY

Caitlin Kelly is a senior at NC State University majoring in Sport Management with minors in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, and Global Leadership. A Dean’s List student and member of the James Buzzard Leadership Development Fellowship, she is passionate about developing leadership skills and preparing for a career in wealth management.

She is currently helping build Echelon Sports & Wealth Management, a subsidiary of Weston Banks Wealth Partners. At Echelon, Caitlin contributes to the firm’s mission of empowering athletes to master their money, strengthen their mindset, and create lasting legacies beyond the game. After graduation, she hopes to continue in wealth management, combining her education and passion for sports to make a meaningful impact.

Outside of work and school, Caitlin is a big Boston sports and NC State fan. She loves spending time outdoors whether it’s cycling, running, or skiing and she’s always looking for her next travel adventure..
